Kibendo Estate

This is our first experimental series from Rift Valley in Kenya, a single origin from Kibendo Farm in Nandi Area. Rift Valley coffees are known for their milder acidity compared to Central Kenya coffees. In this natural, we tasted a very interesting and unique lime, that is balanced out by a subtle sweet aftertaste. This is not an "in-your-face" natural - we found that the fermentation produces a brightness that we've never encountered before in a natural.
