This coffee took over a year to acquire, mainly due to the complexities of Kenya's coffee auction system. Dominic, one of the founders of Rager Coffee Estate in Kipkelion, leads a group of farmers dedicated to growing high-quality coffee. A Q Grader with more than 15 years of expertise in agronomy, processing, quality, and sustainability, Dominic serves as the Regional Agronomy and Sustainability Advisor at TechnoServe, supporting coffee programs in Africa, India, and Puerto Rico. Like many Kenyans, though, his weekend side hustle - his is coffee farming.

Peaberry beans are unique—they grow solo inside the cherry rather than in pairs. While technically considered a defect, their round shape and concentrated flavor often deliver a brighter, sweeter, and more vibrant coffee experience.
