Each batch of our coffee is a journey of discovery, revealing the unique stories and ingenuity of the producers behind them.

In this collection the producer uses co-fermentation as a tool for value creation, rather than novelty. Each coffee was designed with intention—selecting specific inputs, fermentation environments, and timelines to enhance sweetness, texture, and aromatic complexity while remaining grounded in the character of Kenyan coffee. The goal here is to shape and build more complex falvors to increase producer value of coffees from this region.

These coffees required patience. Months were spent fermenting, resting, and waiting and iterating allowing flavours to stabilise, integrate, and fully develop before release. The result is a collection offering a rare look into how careful experimentation can redefine both flavour and value at origin.
